・Delivery method: Direct delivery from Gaia Logistics Center (CJ Logistics)

・Delivery area: Nationwide (excluding some areas)

・Delivery cost: 3,000 won (additional shipping costs may apply to islands and mountainous areas)

・Delivery period: Within 7 days (based on business days) after the product is ready for shipment

 [How to apply for exchange/return]

・Please apply for exchange/return within 7 days from the date you received the product, using the Konshop one-on-one inquiry bulletin board.

・An unboxing video is required when requesting an exchange or return due to defects in the product or its components.

 [Things to keep in mind when canceling/exchanging/refunding]

- For exchange/return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

- If you have completed purchasing a pre-order product, cancellation and refund are not possible.

- Certain Chinese platform awards may be held for 60 to 90 days. Please consider this before purchasing.
