배송 지연 안내(Shipping delay notifications)

입고일정에 대해 재공지 안내해드립니다. 

레드벨벳, 태민 WAVES 잡지는 입고완료되어 다음 주 중에 받으실 수 있습니다. 

다만, 엔시티 127 (NCT 127) - [BE THERE FOR ME] 의 경우 당초 안내해드렸던 2월말이 아닌 3월말 발송될 것으로 예상됩니다. 

제조사 KMS 측과 지속적인 커뮤니케이션을 통해 오늘 최종적으로 통보받은 일정은, 스테리오 특전 포토카드중 일부 멤버들의 포토카드가, 중국 설날 연휴로 인해 제조사인 KMS측에서의 제작이 목표일정보다 지연된 탓에 3월 2주차(3월 11일~15일)에 제작이 완료되어 한국으로 발송될 것 으로 예상됩니다. 

때문에 최종 발송은 3월 18일 이후로 예정되는 관계로, 저희 콘샵은 최대한 빠른 발송이 이뤄질 수 있도록 미리 준비해놓고 하루라도 빨리 받으실 수 있도록 노력하겠습니다.

We'd like to update you on our stocking schedule.

Red Velvet and TAEMIN WAVES magazines are in stock and will be available next week.

However, NCT 127 (NCT 127) - [BE THERE FOR ME] is expected to be shipped by the end of March instead of the end of February as originally announced.

According to the schedule we received today after continuous communication with the manufacturer, KMS, some of the Stereo Privilege Photo Cards are expected to be completed and shipped to Korea in the second week of March (March 11-15) due to production delays at the manufacturer, KMS, due to the Chinese Lunar New Year holiday.

Therefore, the final shipment will not be scheduled until March 18th, so our con shop will prepare in advance for the fastest possible shipment and try to get it to you as soon as possible.

Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
